After 25 years of national recruiting experience, in 2013 I launched Fuel Talent as a woman-owned recruiting firm.
The birth of Fuel Talent came from the realization that there was a market need for a boutique recruiting firm; a high-touch, one-stop shop that could service multiple recruiting needs within one firm.
We prioritize our relationships – they are deep and personal and go beyond a surface-level connection. We are obsessed with client service and creating real, meaningful, and long term partnerships.
We live by our values. They aren’t just words on a page (or in our case on our wall and on our desks), but real, actionable principles we embody every single day.
