Jordan Tinning brings over 10 years of experience in successful relationship-building and business development to the Fuel Talent Team. He has spent his entire career in the recruiting and talent acquisition space, transforming his clients’ IT, software, and engineering teams through staff augmentation, professional search, and statement of work (SOW). 

Jordan takes a collaborative and consultative approach with his clients to better understand their business needs. He provides curated talent acquisition strategies to help them achieve their organizational goals. In addition to Jordan’s deep experience in the Information Technology sector, he has also successfully supported customers in the Banking, Energy, Airline, Home Improvement, and Entertainment industries.

Jordan’s Fuel: Outside of work, Jordan lives in the Greater Seattle area with his wife and two young boys. He enjoys golfing, hiking, and investing in real estate.
